Fried Lettuce

It is a surprisingly simple and healthy Chinese vegetarian dish.
Ingredients
Large lettuce
oil 1 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
salt pinch
soy sauce 1 tsp
Cooking method
1 - Wash and trim the lettuce and shake off excess moisture.
Cut into four.
2 - Heat oil and fry lettuce for 1 minute. Add the crushed garlic, salt and Vesop. Mix well and cook for another minute.
