Fried pigs liver and spinach

Serving suggestion
Good for blood supplement and liver. Helps with blood circulation, skin and eyes. But don't eat too much spinach at one time because it is not easy to digest.
Ingredients
Pig liver 50g
Spinach 250g
a little ginger
Soya sauce
Sugar
Corn flour
Cooking method
1 - Wash spinach and cut into parts.
2 - Ginger sliced. Mix ginger, soya sauce, sugar and corn flour and stir together.
3 - Heat the wok. Then add in oil. Put the spinach in wok. After it is cooked, put the spinach onto a plate.
4 - Heat the wok. Then add in oil. Put in liver till it is cooked. Add in the mixed sauce into wok. Then put the liver onto the spinach.
Cooking tips
Remember to put ingredients into the wok when the oil in the wok is hot.
