Red carrot & pigs liver soup
Serving suggestion
Good for blood supplement and improves coughing and indigestion.
Ingredients
Red Carrot 250 grams
Pig Liver 100 grams
A little salt and oil
Cooking method
1 - Wash carrots and remove skin. Wash liver.
2 - Put carrots in a pot and cook for an hour. When boiled, put in liver and boil together.
3 - When cooked, add in a little oil and salt for seasoning. Can be served for meals.
Cooking tips
Never eat ginseng together with carrot.
