Ingredients
Red carrot 500g
Ginger 2 slices
Pork meat 100 gram
Cooking method
1 - Wash and cut carrot into pieces.
2 - Boil carrot, ginger and meat in a pot for about an hour to make soup.
Cooking tips
Japanese people treat carrots like ginseng and they serve it in every meal. It is also advised not to eat carrot together with ginseng otherwise it will just be a waste of the nutrients.
