Seaweed & pork soup
Serving suggestion
Good for blood supplement. Helps with lumbar illness and respiratory nourishment.
Ingredients
Pork meat 150 grams
Dried seaweed 25 grams
A little salt and oil
Cooking method
1 - Cut pork into slices. Wash and soak seaweed in water.
2 - Put both ingredients in a pot together and add appropriate amount of water to make soup.
3 - Boil for 10 minutes. Add in salt and oil then serve.
Cooking tips
People who have weak stomachs are not suitable for this dish.
