Spinach & pigs blood soup

Good for blood supplement.
Ingredients
Pigs blood 250 grams
Spinach 500 grams
A little salt and oil
Cooking method
1 - Wash spinach and cut into pieces. Cut pig's blood into cubes.
2 - Put in 6 bowls of water in a pot. When it is boiling, put in spinach and cook for 10 minutes.
3 - Then add in blood cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.
4 - Add in salt and oil and serve.
