Sweet Pumpkin Dumplings

Do you know that pumpkins can be also useful in a Chinese dessert?
Ingredients
Pumpkin
80g Glutinous rice
flour 50g
Water ¼ cup
Red bean paste 3tbsp
Seasoning
Syrup
Cooking method
1 - Remove peel of pumpkin. Slice thinly and place in bowl. Covered with plastic wrap. Microwave on high heat for 2-3 minutes until soft.
2 - Use back if fork and mash pumpkin. Add in glutinous flour and stir until well combined.
3 - Add water a little at a time forming a soft and smooth dough.
4 - Divide into several equal portions.
5 - Press flat and spoon in some red bean paste. Wrap well and shape into balls.
6 - Bring some water to boil. Place dumplings in and cook until dumplings float. Drain water and run in cold water.
7 - Place onto plate and serve with syrup.
